Refund policy

Our products are 100% personalised gifts, unique to you and your pet. We therefore cannot accept returns/refunds as your unique product is bespoke to you! We email you with a full preview of your product before printing, so you can make edits/corrections if you want for 48 hours before we send the order off to printing. If you want to cancel the order, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving your preview.
